1 General Terms

K8x bet is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between k8x bet and anyone who uses the platform.

By using k8x bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

K8x bet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

• Use the platform for entertainment and enjoyment.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• K8x bet may investigate and suspend any account involved in suspicious activity.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on k8x bet, you must register with accurate and truthful information. If an account is found to have been created using false or misleading details, k8x bet may close that account at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

The following information is required at registration: full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and your bKash/Nagad/Rocket number for payments. A copy of your National ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.

• One account per person — creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to k8x bet immediately.

3 Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on k8x bet, it is considered final — bets cannot be cancelled or changed even before a match begins, unless k8x bet does so for a specific reason. The odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are treated as the final odds.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, k8x bet reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50.
• The maximum payout on a single bet is determined by the event and market.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will stand.
• Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted.
• The Cash Out feature may not be available in all markets.

For any dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, the decision of the relevant sporting authority shall be considered final.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on k8x bet are processed through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions are conducted over SSL-encrypted connections.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• Deposits are generally instant; withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• For suspicious transactions, k8x bet may request additional documentation for verification purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

K8x bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed in the offer description. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus (150%): Applies to the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount.
• Weekly Cashback (10%): Calculated every Monday. Maximum ৳2,000. Paid out directly as cash.
• Referral Bonus: Activated after a friend registers and makes their first deposit.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused balance will expire at the end of this period.
• The same person may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, k8x bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

Only Sports Betting wagers count toward bonus wagering requirements. Bets placed at specified minimum odds (typically 1.50 or above) will be counted.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k8x bet. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity (multi-accounting).
• Placing opposing bets to circumvent bonus requirements ("arbitrage betting").
• Betting with funds obtained illegally or through theft (money laundering).
• Automated betting using computer software or bots.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

K8x bet may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a terms violation.
• Failure to provide KYC documents.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When required by law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed without any bonus violations, the remaining balance will be refunded. In cases involving bonus rule violations, only the original deposit amount may be returned.

8 Responsible Betting

K8x bet places responsible betting at the top of its priorities. We believe betting should be fun — not a source of financial stress. That's why we offer the following:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a daily limit on how much you want to wager.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your betting activity for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to temporarily suspend your account during an extended break.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute regarding a betting outcome or payment, contact the k8x bet support team first. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• Please attach supporting evidence (screenshots, date, and time) along with your complaint.
• The decision of the relevant sports authority is final in determining betting outcomes.
• If you are not satisfied with k8x bet's decision, you may pursue independent mediation.
• Any disputes must be raised within 30 days.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

K8x bet takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Your data is stored on SSL-encrypted servers and is never shared with third parties — except in response to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.

11 Changes & Amendments

K8x bet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of the platform or failure to raise an objection within that period will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
